The Silent Auction is one of the largest sources of revenue for Oktoberfest. A lot of work goes in the booth. We have broken down the need to help so you can volunteer for as much as you want. We need volunteers before, during and after Octoberfest. Take Me Out to the Ball Game
The Miesville Mudhens and the St. Matthew’s Men’s Club are hosting a bus trip to Miesville for the Mudhens baseball game on Wednesday, July 12. We invite anyone (men, women, and accompanied children) to hop on the bus with us. Refreshments will be available on the bus. Ballpark admission is $3 for adults and free for kids under 18. Catechetical Institute Extends Application Deadline
This fall, the Archbishop Harry J. Flynn Catechetical Institute will offer its two-year course in two different locations. Casa Guadalupana is having an open house on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, from 5-7 pm. All are welcome. There will be a short program at 5:30 pm. Our Community of Saints five year anniversary benefit was a huge success last weekend (Saturday, May 20th). We had over 100 people attend, guests included staff members, staff's family and friends, school parents and their friends and family, and parishioners of our sponsoring parishes.
