Hi all,
The Men’s Club Board will meet at 7:30 PM on October 8 followed by the Regular Membership meeting at 8 PM.
We have been asked to cover the cost for maintenance expenses related to building and grounds (parking lot & retaining wall on north end of campus). Total is $1,850.
Elections at this month’s meeting.
Pizza is planned for the meeting.
The September meat raffles are projected to make $580.
Looking forward:
- Meat raffles every Friday at Gallagher’s Bar, 5 pm. Come to help or come to buy. They serve a good fish dinner on Fridays!
- October meeting will be on the October 8 at 7:30 and 8 PM.
- November meeting will be on the November 12 at 7:30 and 8 PM
- December meeting and auction will be on the December 10 at 7:30 and 8 PM.
- Turkey bingo will be on Saturday November 8 at 5:30 PM.
- Santa breakfast will be on Sunday December 7

Breakfast with Santa
COS no longer has a scout troop, since the last one graduated last year. WE are looking for the next group to engage to host the breakfast. There were several ideas including COS 8th graders, The Girl Boy Scouts led by Jerald Dosch, and another scout troop. Tim will contact Jerald Dosch to gauge their interest.
Event is on Dec 7th, 2025.
Boarder Battle Football Game
No interest in an event at St Matts, but we may have an offsite event.

One person needs to be added, William St Martin, Tony will take care of it.
Drawing Winner
Billy Lynch won 10.00 since it was a two-week carry-over.

St Matts Day Event
Men’s Club is buying Hot Dogs, Chips, and Buns. Also donating 10 gift cards for the bingo.
