Community of Saints Regional Catholic School is happy to be a recent recipient of an Educational Impact Grant from the Catholic Community Foundation (CCF). This grant was made possible by many donors – past and present – whose belief in the power of endowment has allowed CCFto steward and grow endowment funds. Community of Saints is halfway through our annual school marathon!  We kicked off on October 3rd with obstacle courses that included a lot of hopping, running and throwing! Students loved it. The marathon ends on Give to the Max Day-Thursday, November 14th. Our goal this year is to raise $12,000 for flexible classroom seating and classroom STEM resources.  Throughout the marathon, classes also work on service projects. Community of Saints is excited to announce that we will once again be hosting a Halloween Dance! The dance will take place in the Community of Saints' gymnasium on Friday, October 25th from 6:00-9:00 pm.   In addition to the school community, the dance is open to our sponsoring parish communities as well!  The cost of the dance is $5/person or $20/immediate family, and includes a DJ, games, photo booth and opportunities to purchase food and refreshments at concessions.  Please note: all students must be accompanied by an adult. Community of Saints school year is off to a great start! Our K-8 enrollment has reached over 200 students, and we are so excited to have several new additions to our community! Thank you to our school families and sponsoring parish members for spreading the word about the high quality, faith-based educational experience we provide for our families. Pozole in the Park on Saturday, September 21, 2019, was a HUGE success! Community of Saints Sports Equipment Request. With the excitement of our student enrollment continuing to grow, we are in need of some additional PE and Recess Equipment. Specific Request: Do you have any extra golf balls or golf clubs lying around the garage that you haven’t used in years?  Community of Saints is looking for golf drivers, putters and golf balls you no longer use. Community of Saints School is always working to continue growing professionally and find best practices! The first week of summer included three days of Higher Powered Learning Program training with our school BLAST leadership team as we prepare to roll out school-wide blended learning next school year. This past week, the school administration headed to the University of Notre Dame for the Latino Enrollment Institute (LEI) conference.
