Ministry: We will be having a Ministry Workshop for all lectors and Eucharistic ministers at St. Matthews on Saturday, September 7 at 9:00 AM. If you are interested in serving as a lector or Eucharistic minister, please mark your calendars and plan to attend! A lector needs to be in 7th grade or older. Archdiocesan requirement for Eucharistic ministers is that they have been confirmed.
Offertory Gifts: Would you like to bring the bread and wine forward at the offertory? Perhaps do this as a family? Would you prefer to know in advance when that might happen? If so, contact the Parish Center, 651-224-9793 or speak to a sacristan or a greeter at Mass.
Thank You: To Kathy and Al Schowalter who make sure that there are always fresh candles in the vigil light holders. They will come in multiple times during a weekend to remove the candles that have already burned out and replace them with new candles. Thanks to their generosity, there are always candles ready to be lit!
