Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!” Isaiah 6:8

Greeter: We have an opening for one or two greeters at the Saturday 4:15 pm Mass. Duties include: greeting people as they enter from the Robie Street door, offering a book and a worship aid, and answering any questions people may have. Duties would be from 3:50 pm until Mass begins at 4:15 pm. If you enjoy making people feel welcome, please call the parish office at 651-224-9793.
Money Counters: We are looking for volunteers to help count the weekly collection twice a month. You would work with a team of 3 or 4 other volunteers. If you feel you have the talent or experience to help with this volunteer opportunity, please call the parish office, 651-224-9793.
Thank You: The National Eucharistic Pilgrimage began on Pentecost Sunday at Lake Itasca. On Friday, May 24, the pilgrims entered the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis where they visited various parishes. On Tuesday, May 28, the pilgrimage visited St. Matthew parish! For the next 30 to 40 minutes, we prayed Mary’s Way of the Cross, while collecting items for Isaac’s Blessing Bags. We thank Cristina and Phil who were the leadership for this devotion. Thank you to Becky, Beth, Joanne and Mary who led the Stations of the Cross. Special thanks to Isaac, Tara, Kathy and Maggie who arranged to have articles for the Blessing Bags. The pilgrims in attendance were able to witness not only our devotion to Mary and Jesus, her son, but also our care and concern for those in need.
WE ARE A VOLUNTEER PARISH!
