Office Receptionist: We are looking for a volunteer to answer phones and greet visitors on Tuesday mornings from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Volunteer will occasionally help with parish mailings and other clerical jobs. Typing is helpful but not a requirement! If you are able to donate 4 hours/week on Tuesdays, please contact the parish office at 651-224-9793.
Money Counters: We are looking for volunteers to help count the weekly collection twice a month. You would work with a team of 3 or 4 other volunteers. If you feel you have the talent or experience to help with this volunteer opportunity, please call the parish office, 651-224-9793.
Coffee Sunday: Coffee Sunday will be taking a break for the summer months! We want to thank all who help to make this event a success! Jackie Minus is the force behind Coffee Sunday. She coordinates it, including being there to help the organizations sponsoring it. She makes sure there are ample supplies and also hosts it on Sundays when no one has signed up to be hosts. The following organizations have each hosted one or more Coffee Sundays: Men’s Club, Rosary Society, Parish Council, Faith Formation, Community of Saints Regional Catholic School and The Minus Family. As a parish, we thank all who help make this event possible.
Youth Mass: Last Sunday, at the 10:15 am Mass, all ministries were served by members of the Youth Group! Anthony, Tara and Katie are the leaders of this group. The following young members from this group served in major ministries: Greeters: Liz, Tori and James, Welcome Reader and Cantor: Isabella, Lectors: Isaac and AJ, Prayers of the Faithful Reader: Nico, Offertory Bearers: Elayna and Selena, Ushers: Liz and Jose, and Eucharistic Minister: Simon. All members of the Youth Group gave flowers to all the women attending that Mass in honor of Mother’s Day! It was a hopeful sign for our parish to see these young people being involved in the weekly liturgy!
