Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!” Isaiah 6:8
PRAYER LINE: We are looking for volunteers who are willing to pray for the intentions of those who leave messages on our Prayer Line. When a prayer request is called in, the moderator of the Prayer Line will call “Prayer Volunteers” to inform them of the “Prayer Request” and those volunteers will take some time to pray for the person requesting prayers, as well as the intention mentioned in the request. If you feel you can devote some time during the day to pray for those in need, please contact Mary at or call the Parish Center.
FUNERAL LUNCHEONS: We can never have too many volunteers to help serve at Funeral Luncheons. It is an opportunity to practice the Corporal Work of Mercy – To Bury the Dead and relieve the stress that a family feels when having to organize a funeral for a loved one and also try and plan a luncheon for the guests. If you feel you would like to serve the parish in this way, please call the parish office or contact Mary at .
THANK YOU
THANK YOU: To all who attended our Fish Frys this Lenten Season. Thank you to all the volunteers who helped prepare the food, & sell tickets, To the students from COS & Scouts who delivered orders to the kitchen and then delivered meals to tables and cars in the “pick-up” line. The meals were delicious, and the service was excellent! Mark your calendar for the next Fish Fry on Feb 16, 2024!
