Data Entry: Occasionally, we have data entry projects that need to be done in the office. Often our volunteer receptionists will work on these projects along with their receptionist duties. We are looking for a volunteer who is proficient in data entry, and would be willing to come into the office to work on projects if needed. If you feel you have the experience in data entry, and would like to help out when needed, please call the parish office, 651-224-9793 and leave your contact information.
Money Counters: We are looking for volunteers to help count the weekly collection twice a month. You would work with a team of 3 or 4 other volunteers. If you feel you have the talent or experience to help with this volunteer opportunity, please call the parish office, 651-224-9793.
Lenten Mailing: By now you should all have received the parish Lenten mailing. This mailing contains a letter from our Administrator, Phil Grant, Lenten and Easter schedule, two envelopes – one for Easter offering and another to donate for Easter flowers to decorate the church. Also in this mailing is the Lenten season Little Black Book. We want to thank our team of volunteers, Rose and Chuck Karas, Chris Mattson, Chris Wilfahrt and Kathy Schowalter who put mailing addresses on the envelopes, folded the letters, and put all the items into the individual envelopes. This team works so well together, that in less than 90 minutes all the envelopes were stuffed and ready to be taken to the post office! Thank you for your time and dedication to this project!
